Trying to stop the massacre in balota on a friendly server

I had been sitting there for 15 minutes moving slightly to new areas hearing the sounds of weapons firing. At one point I saw a few guys get destroyed with no gear on them.

I'm still new to dayz and never played the mod, but I gave it a chance.

Can anyone tell me what it means when you try to restart the mission? It happens later on in the movie.
