How far away is the big hill to Balota jail

Depending where you are on the hill, 300-500.

I'm just going off of what I memorized from Elektro.

Distancing Elektro from my Dobryy sniping spot:

This is the mountain to Balota from the same zoom view:

Look behind the airstrip, to the left of the small cluster of buildings. That is a much better sniping spot.
