Can I run DayZ and What Can I do to make it run smoother?

Hi I recently got a gaming Pc of some sort, And I don't know if it could handle DayZ, i know the Gfx card is crap and I would like to know any good ones that can run dayZ fine

 

Here are the specs: 

 

Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 215 Processor 2.70GHz

Installed Memory (RAM): 4.00 (3.75 usable)

System type: 64-bit Operating System

 

 

Can you Please Help me, I badly want to play DayZ. 

I will be greatful if you reply asap :D

P.s:

I still have 874 gb free on memory,

I forgot to mention, I have got DayZ and I have put every setting as low as I can yet it still runs at most 10 FPS

Going to need more info on all your PC Specs to tell, either way 8GB is recommended for gaming if you want smooth tabbing out, back in and un disturbed play sessions. That processor isn't very good either, very low end and will most likely bottleneck the RAM and Graphics Card, guessing your motherboard is quite old aswell

Would need info on GPU to predict how the game will run, although i'm assuming that you're running an integrated graphics card because only 3.75gb of your ram is usable - this is usually due to an integrated card allocating memory to run. Integrated cards, especially with that CPU will not run the game well.
