Are these servers with more than 40 people allowed?

I don't really want to join them if they're not allowed. I saw one the other day that held 127, too. It must be fairly hectic. If they're fine and you have played on them, how are they? Awfully combat focused? Or more so forcefully combat focused?

 

I know it seems fairly petty to ask if they're allowed but I wouldn't want to be banned because I've joined an illegal server or something.

Pretty sure they are allowed, nothing can happen if you do join it, it's just a server. I joined it and it was too much desync and people to cope.
