You may have a corrupt version of the mod. You can try reinstalling. When heatpacks were put into the game, a friend couldn't see them, but I could. He reinstalled the mod, fixed it. Your problem may be related. This is also why I wait half a day or more after a release of a patch, the FTP's get raped and cause corruption in files.
