Other Peoples flashlight

I cant see other peoples lighting from there flashlights, can this possibly be changed.

I can see the light in their hand but not the light that is being put across the grass in-front of them.

It's a bug.

Not sure what causes it, or what fixes it, but it happens... and it fixes itself eventually.

I've seen this happen before. You may have a corrupt version of the mod. You can try reinstalling. When heatpacks were put into the game, a friend couldn't see them, but I could. He reinstalled the mod, fixed it. Your problem may be related. This is also why I wait half a day or more after a release of a patch, the FTP's get raped and cause corruption in files.
