m4 scope

Ok this is gonna sound really nooby but it's bugging me, i found an m4 scope, one of the lazer sighted ones and i thought i was set, but when i right click it just goes iron sights, and using the mouse wheel doesnt activate the scope either.

 

 

 

What button uses the scope O.o

Did you attach it to the gun?

 

Otherwise it sounds like a bug, and if you use pg up/pg down it changes the range(upper righthand corner) of the target recticle.

Are you holding right click or tapping?

Also make sure you have a working battery installed and the scope is turned on, all this can be done in your inventory menu. Last but not least make sure you have your optics hot keyed in you control config menu.

Ah, a CCO not an ACOG, try out what Viper said you should be good to go.
