desryachri 95 Posted December 30, 2013 (edited) Wow I felt so bad last night :(Made my way up to the NWAF tents to find some weapon attachments, all going well ( I am no bandit I try not to be )Anyways running through the tents I come up behind a guy he's eating some food in one of the tents, I panic and aim at the back of his head.. Little startled I start contemplating my options ( combat log / run / kill )He turned around and the animation for getting his gun out starts :( I shot him :(If I had run he would of chased me down I think? But I kept playing it over and over in my head! Combat loggers are the lowest of the low sorry, way below KoS or anything else.At least KoS are playing the game by its rules. Its totally his mistake to take a fine dinner at a military hot spot.I made similiar mistake once. Managed my loot, i was sitting in a tent near NWAF, loading mags and optimised backpack space to take some more ammo ( though i already got about 200 rounds). Got shot from behind. Instant death. Jaygoon 240 Posted December 30, 2013 (edited) Jup agree with above, Dayz teaches you lessons on how to survive better next time.When you kill someone think about this way, You helped him by teaching him a lesson and so he wont do that again, and will find surviving alot easier in future. frosti 2165 Posted December 30, 2013 (edited) Pack shovel or basebal bat with you in case of such situation they usually 1-2 shots knock out. Eventually you can try knock him out with your fists. You could knock him down and not kill him with it, then use handcuffs/rope/duct tape to tie him for ~10 minutes I guess?
