Alternative to ESC Key, Menu Button.

I don't have a ESC key on my keyboard, ive tried keytweak and it doesnt work, so every time i die, i have to alt+tab out the game force quit it, and then load it back up to respawn, surely there is an easier way to do this when i die or go unconcious, there isnt a option to keybind it in the menu, its just not there in controls, is there anything i can do?
