Since the realism of this game has you take care of main human necessities, why not add this? Nothing like having to take a piss while running from zombies.

It would add realism, and other players could fill up their water bottles( aaawwww strike doesn't work D: ) But it isn't a necessity. I'd say sleep would be more important to implement then pissing on players you just killed.

So what would be the outcome if you didn't take a piss/crap, soil yourself? then what, you need to hunt for new clothes otherwise you smell and attract more zombies?

Have you really thought this through at all?
