Jogging shoes. Rare or not?

Found these jogging shoes up north and thought they looked awesome... are these rare, or did I swap out my Pristine rubber shoes for common shoes you could spawn with? Sadly, I do not have socks.

Eeeh? What would you need socks for?

To more efficiently carry all of these Pristine can openers I'm hording. Obviously.

Seems be common found loads of em but who knows maybe some player who collects jogging shoes and drop them
