Help finding a water fountain...

I'm kinda lost northern east coast in a fairly large town. Town has a hospital. Low on blood and can't find water at al. Anyone know which city I'm in and if there is a water pump near?

There's also one in a garden just behind the hospital to the rear of one of the houses overlooking the store.

Theres almost a water fountain in every village/town, so if you just keep looking around you're bound to find one. :)
