rakkeh 0 Posted June 22, 2012 Hi,Apologies if this is a repeated issue, havn't been browsing this forum long, can't see anything on the first few pages.I want to put forward a suggestion about increasing the spawn rate of Antibiotics, especially now it affects you more. I have had an infection a while now (since it was 10k*) and cannot for the life of me find any antibiotics, I have not infact, even seen one. About 5 hospital raids, I have seen ~10+ epi-pen and morphine and god knows how many blood bags. I would have thought that antibiotics would be more common than morphine in an actual scenario too.Loving the game though, even in this early alpha stage, good work. cherocha 4 Posted June 23, 2012 Yeah I posted a similar thread. Seems not enough people have been affected yet to see the issue snowball, but hopefully that'll change as more people get it. My friend had it for several hours of gameplay, but we finally managed to find some antibiotics after recycling the loot in Berezino hospital for hours. My advice would be to not worry about the boxes in the hospital, just the junk on the floor. I think the boxes just spawn the same sets of gear each time and won't spawn antibiotics (though not 100% sure, it's just that every time we or anybody we know has seen antibiotics, it's been in the loot on the floor, not in a box). Take any stray loot not in a box and dump it outside the hospital, same with the loot on the roof. By the time you get the loot off the roof the stuff on the ground floor should be close to respawning etc. Rinse, repeat, ad nauseum. Eventually antibiotics will spawn. noodlemaker622@gmail.com 5 Posted July 6, 2012 i played 2 months without seeing antibiotics, then all of a sudden in the last 2 or 3 days, i've come across at least 8 of them. one fresh hospital had literally 3 in a box. did the spawn rate actually change somehow or did i just get lucky?
