Can someone help me with this. When I look around on my character in the game, there is a delay where i move my mouse and then it takes like half a second for the camera in game to move. Help please!

Have you tried different servers? it could be server related lag

What FPS does your game run at?

 

If it's an input lag problem, go into documents/DayZotherprofils/yourprofilename. There's a .vars in which you can edit gpumaxframesahead, which should be set to 0, along with another value. Give me a second and I'll link a tutorial that isn't half-assed

You can also download Fraps and use the overlay to see what your FPS is running at. If its a really low number you might have to turn everything in visual settings down and go from there. It almost sounds like what my old pc did in Arma2 when I tried to turn all of the graphical settings to max.
