Interesting encounter, 2nd playthrough

Fresh spawned South of Komarovo,  I decide to head to the industrial area that north, not too far. I am armed with a baseball hat, no pants, Checkered shirt, Aviators and a blue bandana. I meet A fellow with a fire axe, looting one of the small barracks in the industrial area. He was the first person I met that hasnt KoS'd me. He says there isnt any loot. After we part ways, I continue to search the industrial area. I find a tactical vest, and a box of 7.62, along with a medkit beside it. Near the big grey factory building, I notice a dead body. Not thinking twice, I run towards the body. It was his body. I decide to search him (since he is dead he doesn't really need it)
I hear somebody talking telling me "Hey buddy, is that your friend there?" He is standing there, also without pants, and a mosin in hand. He fires upon my face yelling "EXCEPT YOUR FATE BITCH"
