Need help

Ive been playing today, and my character was thirsty, well i thought i could fill the Canteen (which i found in some house) by going into the sea and filling it there, can i do that, or not?

Not sure about filling it at the sea. Some marshy areas you can that are near the sea though. Best bet is to head off the coast if possible and go to a town. look for wells with hand pumps. Most of the time the are near major intersections or near apartment buildings in the towns. Large scale farms on the roads to and from towns can sometimes have them too.

Use a map to locate the well, if only there was some way you could get a map.
