Stuck in " Receiving ... "

Hello guys ,

 

last day i bought and played DayZ for first time and after played about 5H , i got a problem that make the game almost unplayable .

i posted this issue to "  TEMPORARY TROUBLESHOOTING TOPIC " aswell but no one answered .

 

 

 i drag items from vicinity ( am i write it correct ? :S) and drop them to my back-pack but i can't see them instantly , i need to go to another server , then i can see them . 

 

also , i can't equip or eat anything or simply open a door .

it seem i can send data to servers but i can't receive anything from servers .

when i right click on an item , it says  "Receiving ... " and it last forever .

 

i believe this is not my  network problem ,  cause when i move things in my inventory ( client don't show anything ) and then change servers , client can show them and items are there in my inventory .

its desync/lag.

Its an issue, not much to be done about it on 'our end'.

When this is happening, take note...

Hit 'P' (brings up player list connected to server)

highlight your name

look at the values ping, bandwith, and desync

you will be experiencing the issues you describe if/when desync is anything over 0 (zero).

only 'fix' is to either wait for the sync to catch up (which it will) or get on a different server (which may or may not exhibit the same thing)

It happend to me a lot, but try logging in to a diffrent server or just relogg, If that doesnt work try dropping the item and picking it back up, Thats how i fix it
