Spreading Infection

Well first off thanks DayZ team for making such an awesome mod. I searched the suggestions a bit to make sure it was original, didn't find anything similar so...... Well if they are technically infected shouldn't you have a chance of getting the virus from the zombies. You don't really have to turn into the zombie(cause that's just what seems to happen in most games and it would ruin humans wanting to be humans), but the infection would spread through you eventually killing your character(or turn it into a zombie, but it would still say your character died). So say if the zombie hits you, let there be a chance of getting an infection(The difficulty level can play a factor here: ex. Veteran would be a 45% chance of getting infected.) and slowly the disease spreads within the character eventually killing it. So Day1: Minor symptom(example is coughing; since already in use something else can work). Day2: More symptoms begin to show or it gets worse. Day3:Symptoms are frequent and new symptoms show. Day 4: Character starts to lose control of self and shows heavy symptoms. Day:5 Character has little control. Day6: Character dies.

I think such would be a very nice touch to the game. DayZ is awesome as it is and is improving and I'm sure this would be a nice touch.

This has already been discussed multiple times, sorry.

People generally think we should be, or are, immune to the zombie virus. No infection that causes us to turn, even upon death (although on death might be neat, having to relocate your wandering body and fight for your own gear XD ).
