Why are zombies spawned on top of me so often - is it a bug?

Hi

I am a seasoned player of many games like the BF3 series & other pvp games - but in DayZ SA it seems the zomb spawns on top of me - i always have a good look around using my far zoom to make sure that there are no zombs around before moving - then from nowhere there are a zomb attacking me - whats the problem pls help

Either a bug or a desync issue resulting in poor internet connection to the server.. <<< I usually experience this

dunno if a bug but I've seen zombies enter through closed doors without opening them

Fyi, zombies only spawn at server restart at the moment.

there are scripts where people can teleport a zombie on top of you
