If this is the standalone, there are people buying servers that give the owners full control over it so that he can kick people and have the server to himself (since he did buy it) and loot everything as he pleases. Well, just because it's an exploit everyone can do, doesn't mean that everyone should be able to do it without the risk of banhammering because it's not something you can do accidentally without realizing it.
