No Sound

Hey, I went to 3 different servers and I get no sound when playing, the menus have sound and all the in-game levels and toggles are right, just started happening with the new patch, no sound issues before

EDIT: also sound on people mics are still working

I don't have any sound either, in the sound options i hear sounds, but not in game, and it appears i don't get any bars at all besides ear or eye, don't know what to do.

I have 93965 beta patch aswell as 1.7.1.5 DayZ.
