Find a pen and write messages on it. I've found a couple of notes so far. The one I remember the best said "Penis"...

i found one that said "At one point you will die, idk if it will be for hungry or thirsty, or if a zombie will be through the wall biting you, or if a bandit will catch you, but i know that u are going to die soon or later. You asking yourself why? well... Its Dayz."
