About the loot system

Well I searched a lot but every place I searched gave me a different answer. Some said loot respawns every four hours, others said that it doesn't respawn at all, and the rest said it does respawn. So I don't know exactly what happens.

If it doesn't respawn at all, then that would be kinda fucked up... Does anyone have the answer? Is that why I'm never finding any loot?

 

And if it doesn't respawn, does anyone know a server that resets every 2 ~ 4 hours so I can at least find a can of beans..?

Every 4 hours is the correct answer. It respawns at server restart, which is every 4 hours.
