Possible Lag Fix / FPS Boost

For those who have not already tried it, I recommend following the first recommendation in this video.

This resulted in a huge FPS boost for me and I hope that it can do something for anyone that is struggling.

I can only vouch for the first suggestion given in the video. I did not try the second one because I did not want to mess with my view distance, but it is optional.
