Butane bomb?

I was looking through the .pbo files and saw a file for making an improvised bomb using a butane canister. Is this something that will be implemented later or have I just not figured out how to craft it? Sorry if this is a repost but I couldn't find anything through search.

I only made this thread because I went into the fire station a stood over a butane canister. My screen immediately said "You are dead". 

 

Probably got shot in the back of my head from some distance. Thought it was a bomb. Looked over the .pbo files to see if anything like it was in game. Thus the thread. Thanks again.
