How do you start your own DayZ server?

You can contact any hosts that can provide you with DayZ SA, they will setup the server as soon as possible and you can just join and play on your own server when it pops up online, you don't have to do anything for it yourself.

 

For the community purpose its always worth to have more servers to play on, as for yourself you are very limited to control your server at the moment so if you want your own server that you can control, no its not worth it atm imo.
