Are there Explosives yet?

I was just on a server, running around through Cherno. Suddenly, there was a MASSIVE explosion that took out the oversized hotel. Are explosives actually in the game? Because I saw a guy with a blue checked shirt and a red beanie. Don't know if it was legit.

I don't have any screenshots because I ended up dying due to a physics glitch on the stairs in a firestation. Didn't know you have to walk down stairs... Go figure...

Back to the topic: I didn't see the mysterious person ANYWHERE in the city, and there just so happened to be a bird following me around, to a degree. This is more a question than a hack report, but I'm just confused in general. Answers to all of this would be nice if anyone could provide. Thanks.

Im pretty sure theres no explosives in yet. Either was hacker or maybe we can still make buildings go down with throwables. Like how poeple used to demolish churches with smoke grenades :)
