Frame Stuttering

I am getting frame stutters every 2 or so seconds while playing Dayz no matter which server i'm playing on.

The Graphics card im using is a GTX 460 on my Asus G73jw Laptop. My drivers are updated and i have no clue how to fix this problem, this computer is more than capable of handling this game. Is there any type of setting or install technique (currently using Six launcher) that can help fix this problem?

Allright, this is a known problem.

Once you've got everything running smoothly (Through the Six Launcher), alt tab out of the game and close the Six Launcher.

Should fix it.
