Problems reporting bugs

well I cant report any bugs in the report section for some reason it logs me out when I click on the bug report thread. I have alot of bugs that maybe some of you guys could help me with.

1) at night on most servers if not all I get glowing strobe light buildings and it makes my game crashbut my day time works perfectly fine and I have a radeon 7850 overclocked by 10% so I dont get it

2) My character gets wiped all the time, when the game crashes, and when I log into servers sometimes. The character wiping is the bigger thing for me.
