Left game, joined another server....flashlight gone?

So yeah, basically I was looking for a place to set up camp and it was dark out, I was USING my flashlight at the time. I log off.

About 10-20 minutes after I'm done with real life stuff, I log back on....and my flashlight is gone?

Instead of having it equipped I had my winchester equipped instead....

Checked my inventory and it's gone, not in the toolbox or anything.

Any clue how that could of happened? I'm not too bummed, finding a flashlight is easy enough...but I can't see at night so I just joined a daytime server :P
