Found a very serious hack in SA, where do I report?

I don't mean I have proof that someone was hacking, I mean I talked to the hackers and they told me where to find HOW to do the hack. The hack is basically a wallhack, so it's pretty serious. Now the link to report actual hacks is for the mod's ticket system, where do I report one that's in SA?

I talked to them, they told me they can see and walk through walls, they SHOWED me they can do it and they told me where to find HOW TO DO THE HACK. I now have the instructions on how to do the hack, I'm trying to pass that information to the devs so they can fix it.

It's an exploit, not a hack. You remove pbo. files like you could early in the mod. It's been reported 20000 times already, and the fix is the same as in the mod.
