Can't find any gear except bags?

Since last night I've only seen bags as gear, even in shops. The hospital had some blood and I found some stuff on dead players but that's it. Not even empty cans and bottles anywhere, just the odd bag.

I've tried about 6 or 7 different servers but it's all the same.

Does anyone know what's up with this?

Means the server needs a restart.

I think it's a reoccurring bug that hasn't truly been ironed out yet. I had the same problem this morning and pretty much all of last week. Usually a server restart solves it, temporarily.

There are a lot of threads in the forums about it though.
