Cant play in any servers ping 0 all players

i was playing just fine but now i cant play in any server i respawn in the game normaly but i cant do any thing ! only running around and all the players and me on the server shown to me with ping and bandwich 0 0 0 and the yellow chain is showin and desapiring ?

what can i do guys please help me

Sounds like a firewall issue

Restart your game first of all, then if that doesnt work turn your fire wall off to test it and if that doesnt work turn it back on right away and re-install your DayZ.

How to re instal ? should i start download the game again ?

You dont lose what you have. Its saved when you logout.

worked after i killed my self and loosing all my stuff :S
