Adding other players to friends list

Is there an option to do this yet, or form groups, I want to play with my brother but cant figure out what server hes on

You can do this by Steam. You and your brother must have a Steam account (In which I assume you have in order to play DayZ) and then you can add eachother from there.

 

While in the menu, go to servers and click on the friends tab. You can see what server your brother is on.
