Cant play while my brother plays at the same time

Hi DayZ-Community,

 

my brother and me cant play at the same Server. When he is playing at a Server and I join, he gets kicked. I think its because we use the same Internet. Is there a way that my brother and me can play at the same server?

I found this useful from what Amberhelios as quoted below here so it might work:

 

"This is usually an issue with NAT Translation.

 

To get around this, create a shortcut to your ArmA2OA.exe(In this case; DayZ.exe), then right click on the shortcut > properties and add "-port=2350" to the end of the target line. Then just launch via that shortcut to play. The number doesn't really matter, just as long as it's different from the other computer which will use 2302, 2304, 2305 by default. This will change the client port (though it's not documented) and should allow you to connect to Internet servers."

My  son and I play one up one down in the same house on the same server on BT, no problems (for what it's worth).
