Deconnexion = avoid to loose stuff in a fight

This should be considered. 
I see a lot of people deconnecting brutally to avoid being killed (and so far, it works most of the time). 
Avatars should have a ghost for 20 sec or so, in order to stop that mechanic. 
It will force players to go deep in fights and find a secure area to unlog.

afaik this is because of alpha, it's not supposed to work this way in the end.

Problem is obvious, everybody knows about it, everybody has an opinion about it since 2011. Could we stop having anymore topics about this, because there is not even a need to discus anything.

Sorry, i'm a new player of DayZ (SA), never touched the mod. So i don't know what issues were known on Arma mod, but i don't think it's the point here, since it's a brand new game, right ?

But if the devs have already told before it won't be changed, then you're right, there's no need to discus further about it.

This is called Combat Logging. It's a alpha. Soon,there will be a ghost of you around or you will just drop dead (not quite sure the specifics) if you disconnect and the server thinks you were in combat.

and what does this do for the people who legit have connection drops or bad internet and they are dropped while crawling through the middle of 2 other people in a firefight?

it seems like its fine the way it is.
