Getting sick from using Alcohol on wounds

I used some alcohol to tend my wounds and noticed Igot sick after using.

Then I received the messages that my wounds are cleaner etc.

After I got the green message that tells you that your wounds are completly clean the sickness also disappeared.

 

So do not get hasty to use other meds wait before your wounds are clean and then check if the sickness is cured

Make sure you use disinfectant on your bandages. You can transfer sickness by way of dirty bandage, or so I've been told.

I think its more of a bug. If your wounds are infected, it wont show until you apply the alcohol to fix it.

Almost all the things that can cure something make you sick if you´re completely fine. It´s just a bug though, and doesn´t have any adverse effects (or barely any), also it´s being looked into as far as i know.

Anyway I've noticed something similar I've never had infected wounds besides when I came along a bottle of Alcohol and cleaned my wounds with it.

Horatio. the same thing for me i found a bottle and cleaned my wounds just in case.

 

Juat wanted to share it so peepz won't use other supplies to cure the sickness that will disappear after the effect.

It is a glitch. If you apply disinfection spray or alcohol to someone elses or your own wounds when there are none, you get sick. If you were bleeding however and you bandage yourself and someone else is spraying stuff on you while you bandage, its fine and no sickness ever appears.

 

So yeah. Sick, take it and the sickness will disappear. Not sick? If you take it, you will get sick for a brief moment. Nothing serious though. Wont through up, wont fall unconscious - unless youre in a pretty fucked up state already.

Just to add, you know if your wounds need cleaning when your character is grunting and saying "ouch that hurts" or something along the lines.
