chibigoat 59 Posted December 24, 2013 I know there's the blood pack option, but I'm not 100% sure what that takes. You have to get someone else's blood, a saline bag, and what else. Mostly though, I'm curious how else you can gain blood. I'm an avid DayZ mod player but don't know a ton about the standalone. Does food still regain health? Is there something else other than food (if it still does) and blood bags that can regain health? Been stuck at low blood for a very long time since I encountered a zombie early on. justjohnston_3 0 Posted December 24, 2013 To be honest, things don't always work. I got shot with a mosin while trying to protect someone in my group in chapervask, and it did a solid amount of damage. I was grey shaky and nearly dead..I stopped the bleeding, and had a few blood bags on me and a couple salines iv bags. I gave one of my partners 2 of my blood bags and a saline it hardly brought me back to color and my vision was as if I was 2 bottles of jack deep. And instead of wasting more of the precious gear, I just had a friend shoot me and I recovered my old body and got all my stuff back.I'm not sure if that was a faulty/buggy situation or else the healing system hasn't been introduced properly. Maybe tomorrows update will help.
