Bandit Looking for more Bandits

I have been playing dayz for what seems like around a month now. Lately I have been running around and killing people with useful stuff up north. I play mostly solo but I want the full experience so I'm looking for some kind of bandit group that's around 4-8 people that use TS or vent or mumble or any kind of VoIP. I'm usually involved in CQC, but I'm also a great scout/ spotter and can provide sniper support. I'm 18 years old. I play in the Eastern Daylight Time.
