Glitched in Wall!

Hi everyone, I was playing DayZ and ran into a house looking for loots. After a bit of searching in the house, the game froze on me for a bit, and after the game was back to normal, I was stuck in the wall. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get me out?

Yes, Put the wall to your right, and hold d and continue running into it, while still holding d press escape then disconnect. Reconnect to any server and you should be out of the wall
