Hello,

 

I have a Saline Bag and a IV Start Kit. I combined the two, but I still can not fill my health (there is no option to interact).

 

How can I fill my health individually?

You need another person to issue you the saline bag.

I've not noticed the blood bag to work yet, but a Saline bag seems to completely fix you up (as in giving you health/blood back).

If your friend is unconscious, you can use the blood blag and draw blood from your friend then combine an IV kit and re-administer it to him/her and it will bring them back,
