Tmerc44 17 Posted December 23, 2013 Yet another day in Cheranus. After a life of fear I decided to take matters into my own hands. I would kill, hunt, and torture every bandit I saw. If possible they would not have a quick death, they would not be saved, they will die the cowards they were born by a fellow bandit turned rogue. Oh how satisfying it was. After hours of hiding, moving, and scavenging I decided I was ready... With my M4 scope, my m9, and large backpack full of food, water, and ammo, and a camouflage outfit, I moved from the North back toward the coast. There is one thing you can count on, especially bandits, they are fools. They run around the map without regard for stealth or care. Their objective, get gear as quickly as possible and go to "sniper hill" in elektro and Chernus and just kill new spawns. As admirable as they are, they must die... I passed a few nameless towns, avoiding all detection. I giggled as I saw zombies chasing a person, oh it was a bandit. Another fool with no regard for stealth, booking it to the new spawn kill areas. "Sometimes this is to easy", I thought to myself as I raised my m4. He was a good 50-80 m away when I let out my first shots. His body crumbled to the floor, zombies in tow. No, he would not get reprieve. I killed the zombies and went to his body. I stood over it like the superior I was and I heard him beg for death. His leg was broken but he wasn't bleeding, his pulse was low, and his life nearly extinguished. I aimed my weapon at him, knowing the only sweet release for this bandit was death. Death wouldn't come today. Instead, death calmly walked away ignoring his pleas with a smile on his face. "Please bro, kill me!" the coward yelped... I walked away, leaving him a mass of flesh that would be unable to die... Go ahead, try to server hop bandit, it wont help you, you will waste time all thanks to me. And you will never know my name... Move, cover, move, stop and survey, DOWN... That was my routine for the next hour while I headed to elektro. My goal was sniper hill. The journey there was uneventful, but I knew those lame tards would probably be in the same spots snipers always are in Elektro. Of course they think they are being stealth, but its only a person with a civilian background that thinks those hiding places are good "sniper" spots. Nope, I know how both sides think, and one side is extremely predictable. I surveyed the area with my binocs. I saw a survivor trying to sneak around entering the fire station, "good luck to you" I whispered to myself... I saw another survivor running for dear life trying to lose a zombie hoard. He was a fool but I knew he was probably being watched, and he was. Distant shots took the poor bastard down, shots from where? I laughed, sniper hill.... And oh there he is, hiding in what he thinks is a concealed area... Lolz I swung around into the forest, past the dam, and saw him still sitting in the exact spot. I came up right behind him, yelled "BOO" into the direct, and put a bullet into the back of his brain. Cowards die like cowards. I took his gear with no intention of using it and hid his body. You wont be able to grab what was left bandit. I left the area for more adventure, and found it.., -The Bandit Hunter
Bland 1 Posted December 24, 2013 Lol, way to go. Keep up the work, and let the bandits have people to be scared of too :)
Lord Fancypantaloons 0 Posted December 26, 2013 Noble task, but ultimately costly. After all, bullets are more expensive than the bandits. Also, you are but one man, you should start a pro group dedicated to hunting bandits.
ReliJon 0 Posted December 28, 2013 I second the idea from Lord. You need to get a small group together dedicated to taking out bandits.
Stiptikspec 25 Posted December 29, 2013 Interesting, an independent bandit who embarks on a cleansing of his once allies, I like it. Its a dog eat dog world.

Tmerc44 17 Posted January 2, 2014 LoLz you guys are going to love this.... Oh the IRONY!!!! Shortly after that last kill I had the feeling I was being watched, so I took off to International airfield to hopefully find a better sniper rifle and camoflauge. I got there no problems and found a camouflage outfit (wasn't the ghillie which I wanted) and a camouflaged scoped SVD that looked oh so pretty. Eh, I thought to myself, I am sure I can do some damage with that. I went into the tower to look for more gear and peaked out the windows with my binocs. I saw two survivors moving together near the treeline at the barracks. hmm, I better just avoid them. I looked at the firestation and saw a bandit climbing the stairs probably searching for gear. hmm.. I could kill the bandit and make a run for it but it seemed way to busy around this place to be loud. I was basically pinned in the tower. The survivors were still far away but they would hear gunfire. I said f it, picked up my svd and waited for the bandit to make himself seen through the windows. When he did I shot, and missed... He had an idea where it came from but now he was also pinned.. We both sat there waiting for the other to break. Don't know how long it was until he darted for the stairs but a well placed shot wounded him (I saw blood drops). I thought he wasn't dead so I waited but nothing happened. Still blood drops, yup he is dead. hah! ::gunshots:: Uh oh... It was automatic fire. And it was coming from the direction where the survivors would be. Alright... I was still trapped... Ill wait it out. More gunshots, then silence... I looked out the window toward the hangers and saw nothing, I didn't care peak out the top of the tower, I used the small windows on the sides. The view wasn't great and I didn't see anybody at either window... I peaked again toward the hangers and I saw one of the survivors running erratically and zigzagging. What are you doing you fool! You will get killed! I never saw the other guy, maybe he was watching. He checked the hangers and ran towards the firestaion erratically again. He would probably hear the flies or find that dead bandit and loot him. Good, good for him. I watched and watched the zigzagging nub (or so I thought) until I said f it, ill hide under the stairs and unfortunately if they come through those tower doors it will be there death. I put away my binocs and turned around....... And the other survivor had his enfield to my head. I then found myself in a green field with no zombies feeling like I hadn't a care in the world... the bastards must have known I was there. One guy was being used as the decoy while the other snuck up. Kudos to those bastards.. I will start again soon, but have not picked up DayZ since. I felt so dumb to be outsmarted lol.
