Server Disconnect

Is anyone experiencing a problem where your character gets reset if you lose connection to the server? I've put in a ticket in the feedback section but no one has replied to it yet.

I get a red chain link on the screen and a message that says "No messages received for xx seconds" then I get dropped and my character gets reset. I tried closing out manually during one of these disconnects and it reset.. i tried waiting for it to drop me the 2nd time thinking that may save my character.. it didn't.. still reset.
