No seriously I mean like for gun parts, medical supplies etc or is it a mechanic which makes you go farm more?

That'd be nice! We'd either have to find scap metal/parts or another item to combine them (two worn jackets make a pristine one)

I would of thought repairs would be implemented eventually, good idea about combining two manky old jackets to make a good one though!

Perhaps a sewing kit, along with some rags or a second article of clothing, to repair clothing.

I imagine that would be implemented the same time as everything else 'camp' related. (Fireplaces, cooking, storage, vehicles,  shelter, etc.)
