Just a question if my friend gives me blood thats not the same type as i do have..Am i going to pass out or get sick? Cus we just filled 2 bloodbags and we dont know its type and not even mine.

Three ways.

 

1.  Keep your stomach full with food and water.  Don't move.  Make sure all your wounds are clean, and you will begin the regenerate blood slowly.

 

Saline bags can be used to fill almost all of your blood up.  I recommend using those instead of bloodbags.

Depending on what blood type you are, you can receive blood from different other types:

If you do receive a donation that does not suit your own type you can get acute hemolytic transfusion reaction:

As long as you transfuse to a viable type, you'll be fine. Find out what type you and the blood is by using 2 blood test kits. Then transfuse as appropriate. use this for reference

Yeah thanks for everything..BTW my character doesnt need to eat/drink last couple of hours..Didnt really leave him to starve i keep eating even though it doesnt announce that im full/hungry/starving...I just got no msgs not even the status in inventory.

Blood bags seem like way to much of a hassle/risk when you can just use a saline bag.

Thats not true.

Saline IVs restore most, if not all of your blood.

Saline IV's work for both restoring blood (color) and reviving from unconscious. I have tested this with my friends, so I can confirm. I haven't had a reaction from wrong blood type yet, but my buddies were all O type...so theres that lol.
