Mosin internal clip/ammo loading

Hey quick question! i know the Mosin has an internal clip that can hold 5 rounds but when i "load ammo" it shows on the gun that just a picture of the ammo not how many are in. I can't get on right now so do i have to do "load ammo" 5 times or is the ammo counter on the gun just bugged?

When I used the "load ammo" option it loaded all five cartridges. I have noticed however that you can't top off the mag after firing a shot or two, you have to wait until you have emptied the magazine. As for the ammo indicator beneath the rifle itself, it doesn't show any kind of round count for me either.

If I need to take one or two shots and have change/time after that I eject the rounds and load full clip in it after that to have full mag again.
