After many hours or eating/drinking a lot - you should be able to take a massive dump or a piss to keep stable. Doesn't have to be massive - necessarily. But you know this is in taste realistic because if you don't use the facilities in the regular world, you become constipated or your insides explode and you have internal bleeding right?
