Internet fast enough?

I've never played Arma or Arma 2, so I know nothing about it. I saw DayZ on a video and it looked pretty awsome, but I dont know if I could play it with the internet I have. Is Hughes Net fast enough to let me play it or do I need a faster internet?

seems that it would be enough just to play the mod. The mod package + patches (arma update) are already well above the download limit for the basic package.

You're going to have to provide some actual numbers here...

Do both of these tests and post your results and you'll have a fair approximation of your expected performance.

I have a very slow internet myself, And I can run it fine most day's, Get abit crappy in peak hours though, But other than that, It's fine.
