Items glitching through floor ! Help

Hey devs/mods you guys should really fix this bug ! Lost a lot of important stuff in this security box that got glitched under a house, We tried to log back in & get it but it is stuck under the house you cant interact with it & when we logged back in we where glitched under the house too.

I've had this happen before too. If its on the upper floor, you can sometimes find it on the ground floor (if you're lucky). I would report this on the feedback tracker: http://feedback.dayzgame.com/login_page.php

I have reported it there as well but it seems it is no longer on there.
