I was running pretty much for like half an hour across a field of foreboding, awaiting the apparent distant appearance of buildings, or even perhaps an illusion to keep me occupied on running to a certain location, so i hopped a derelict fence into a random cottage-filled area and took 20 swigs of water from a water pump. I then kept running where my guy continued to make strange noises and got a message saying "your stomach is more full than usual"... i then attracted lots of zombies to my location, i kept running and then i literally threw up white stuff everywhere and fainted and zombies ate me.

Next time make sure you only drink enough to make your stomach 'full' or 'stuffed'. Anymore than that and you will vomit. Happened to my friend and he BARELY survived because he became extremely hungry and thirsty afterward.
